JHS Sports Achievers: January 2025

Mr. Satyajit (Table tennis coach) has won 2nd place in Open Doubles and 3rd place in the singles above 35 years category in the Republic Day Cup, which was conducted by Sportscraft at Matchpoint on 26th January 2025.

We are happy to inform you that, Kanak Sharma of Advance Fundamental-Orchid participated in the 17th Karnataka state level abacus and mental arithmetic competition held on 01.12.2024 and she stood up as 2nd runner up in this competition.

Neil Kantelia studying in Grade 8D being trained under Dada Farid Sir and Santosh Sir at JHS Hebbal is currently playing for JHS football team Under 14 and is also part of DPFA team, participated in Junior Soccer league Bangalore on 12/01/2025 and has won the Man of the match trophy for U 14 category.

Shaurya Rushil Sanghvi of Grade 3 from JAIN Heritage School, Hebbal has won 6 medals (4 Gold & 2 Silver) and received Individual Championship Trophy in Aqua Blitz Swim Meet held on 14.12.2024 at Aqua Arena as below: -
1. First Place - 50M Freestyle.
2. First Place - 50M Fly.
3. First Place - 50M Backstroke.
4. First Place - 4*25M Mixed Relay.
5. Second Place - 4*25M Freestyle Relay.
6. Second Place - 4*25M Medley Relay.

Hriday patel of Grade 5 A participated has won 3 gold medals, 3 small mementos and a trophy for the best fighter among all the 1000 participants in the Prince Cup Taekwondo Competition held on 12th January 2025. The Karnataka Sports Association has awarded him for his overall performance and his achievements.

Dyuthi.R of Grade 4A participated in an inter-school skating competition organised by Sri Sharad International School, Bengaluru and won a Silver Medal in the 500m Professional Inline category for girls in the 9-11 age group.

Akshath R Grade 3B has secured Benchmark champion medal on Prodigy Plus 2024 which has been conducted as part of 19th Karnataka Regional Abacus & Mental Arithmetic Competition held on 5th Jan 2025 at Chamara Vajra Palace Ground,Bangalore.

Raagavi of Grade 4E has been awarded in the National level singing competition by Singer Srinivas Sir and secured 1st rank under sub-junior category in state level art competition

We are happy to inform you that Jagruthi Rao Chitigala of Basic Fundamental (Tulip) performed extremely well in 1st Edition Inter school – Inter Club Gymnastics competition organized by Twinstars Gymnastics in the Under-6 years age category. She has secured Silver medal (II Place) in this competition.

We are happy to announce that Ravipati Uday Venugopal of Grade 8 had participated in the T-30 Christmas Cup held at Padukone - Dravid Centre for Sports Excellence from 22nd December to 30th December 2024. His performance showcased 5 wickets haul and scored 25 runs.

He was awarded Man of the Match.

He was additionally awarded Best Bowler of the Tournament by taking 12 wickets in 4 Matches.

Shaunak V of Grade 8F received the Man of the Match award in the Invictus Champions Trophy tournament held in Invictus Sports Arena, Bangalore, on 3rd January 2025.

His results are as follows :
