JHS Sports Achievers: December 2024

Hriday V Patel of Grade 5A has achieved outstanding accomplishments in the taekwondo national championship held in Goa by winning 5 Gold medals.

Rajsi Rajendra Takale of Grade 10A participated in the 39th National Taekwon-Do ITF Championship, held between 27th to 29th December 2024 in Goa and she secured 2 Gold medals.

Rutvij Rajendra Takale of Grade 5C participated in the 39th National Taekwon-Do ITF Championship, held between 27th to 29th December 2024 in Goa and she secured 2 Gold medals.

Abhinav H S of grade 7B participated in the under 13 Junior Smash Championship held at ONYX ground Bangalore on 30th Dec of 2024 and he scored 56 runs in 40 balls against TTC warriors and 29 runs in 30 balls against TTC strikers and stood not out.

For his outstanding performance he was declared as:

- Player of the match
- Player of the tournament

Dhanya Nataraj Naik of Grade 7B participated in Karnataka State Short Course Swimming Championship - 2024 from 4th December to 8th December 2024 at Basavangudi Aquatic Centre, Bengaluru and won state level 3 Silver medals and 1 bronze medal.

Sanvi Jain, a student of Grade 6E won 2 medals at Karnataka Swimming Association 23rd state short course swimming championship 2024-25 recently held at the corporation swimming pool (BAC), Basavanagudi, Bengaluru.

She has won the following events:

400 freestyle - gold - timing of 5.16.84

200 freestyle - bronze - timing of 2.35.04
