Achievers: Sports and Activities - November 2025

JAIN Heritage School Chess team performed well in the Rotary Bangalore Skyway Rapid Age Category Chess Tournament 2025, organised by the Rotary Club, Yelahanka, Bangalore, held on 22nd November 2025 and secured the following positions:

The JAIN Heritage School Under-14 Football team displayed a wonderful performance in 'SPORTESTA,' an Inter-school Football tournament organised by Hill Rock National Public School, Nagarbhavi, Bangalore, held on 28th and 29th November 2025, and emerged as champions. JHS defeated Delhi Public School, South, in the finals to lift the trophy.

Daksha Agarwalla of Grade 5D has secured the 3rd Prize and won a trophy and certificate in the Under-10 Category of the BUDCA Open RAPID & Age Category Chess Tournament 2025, held at Divinity Mall, Bangalore, on 30th November 2025.

JAIN Heritage School Badminton team performed well in the 20th Inter-school Badminton tournament organised by Canara Union Charitable Trust, Malleshwaram, Bangalore, held from 17th to 22nd November, 2025 and secured the following positions:

Tushar Agarwalla of grade 6 has secured the 2nd Prize in the Champions Trophy in the Under-12 category at the KBG Inter-Apartment Chess Tournament.

Tushar Agarwalla of grade 6 has secured the 1st Prize and the Champions Trophy in the Under-12 category at the Rotary Bangalore Skyway Open & Age Category Rapid Chess Tournament.

We are extremely happy to announce that JHS Basketball Under-16 & Under-14 teams performed well in the “Sports Frenzy Inter School Basketball tournament conducted by Millennium World School”, Yelahanka, held on 11th November, 2025 and emerged champions in this prestigious competition.

We are extremely happy to inform you that Jain Heritage School Under-12 Boys team displayed a wonderful performance in ‘SPORTIVO 2025’ – an inter-school Football tournament conducted by New Age World School, Yelhanka, Bangalore, held on 20th November, 2025 and emerged champions in this competition.

Football Boys U-12 Team:

Ishaan Verma of Grade 7 was adjudged “Best Player of the tournament” for scoring the highest number of goals in the tournament.

We are delighted to share that Master Shaurya Rushil Sanghvi of Grade 4B has secured 1 Silver Medal and 1 Bronze Medal at the State Level Non-Medalist Swim Meet organised by Global Swim Centre on 22nd November 2025. He achieved Second Place in 50m Freestyle and Third Place in 50m Butterfly.

We are delighted to share that Samarth Maharana of Grade 1A has won Gold in Board Breaking and Silver in G4 Kyorugi – Daedo Gen 3 (Junior) at the VESTARS CUP 2025 – Super League Champions Challenge Open Taekwondo Championship, held on 23rd November 2025 at Jnana Saraswati Public School, Bangalore.

Disha Prakash of Grade 7 performed brilliantly in SPORTIVO 2025 – an Inter-school Tennis tournament organised by New Age World School, Yelahanka, held on 20th & 21st November 2025, and stood Runner-up in the tournament.

We are delighted to share that Lakshmi Aashritha of Grade 7 achieved an outstanding milestone at the Karnataka State Ranking Table Tennis Tournament held in Dharwad from 20th to 23rd November. She has secured 2nd Place in the highly competitive U-13 Girls category.

We are pleased to share that Yaduvir A of Grade 1D has secured the 2nd Prize in the Tenacity Roller Skating Competition.

The Sports Quiz Master Contest was exclusively organised for Grade 6 students at JAIN Heritage School, Hebbal.

Quiz Theme: Olympics
Prizes: Awards were presented to the 1st and 2nd place winners.
Certificates: All participating teams received digital participation certificates.

The students showcased excellent teamwork, presence of mind, and sports knowledge, making the event a memorable and engaging learning experience.

Tushar Agarwalla of Grade 6C secured 1st prize and won the Champion’s Trophy in the Under-12 Category at the Chessensei Chess Tournament held on 9th November in Bangalore.

JHS Table Tennis Teams participated in the INVENTURE SPORTS FEST 2025-26 Inter School Table Tennis Tournament conducted on 6th & 7th of November 2025 at Inventure Academy, Yeshwanthpur, Bangalore.

Shritha has secured her first tournament win at the Little Aces League held in Bagalur.

The competition featured 8 players divided into 2 groups, playing in a round-robin format.

Round Robin Matches:

Match 1: 7–5, 7–4 vs Nanda

Match 2: 7–4, 8–6 vs Manank

Match 3: 7–4, 4–6, 7–2 vs Gagan

Semifinals: 7–2, 7–2 vs Adhitri

Finals: 10–6, 10–4 vs Manank

With this outstanding performance, Shritha proudly clinched her 1st tournament title.

Sharan S of Grade 10C delivered an exceptional performance in the IV State Mini Games 2025–26 held from 06.11.2025 to 07.11.2025.

Sharan won 8 Gold Medals and secured the Individual Championship with outstanding timings in multiple swimming events.

His achievements include:

• • Gold – 800m Freestyle (8:54.39)

• • Gold – 400m Freestyle (4:20.32)

• • Gold – 200m Freestyle (2:05.18)

We are happy to share Samvidh's outstanding performance in two shooting competitions.

In the 4th State Mini Olympic Games, he secured 1st place (Gold Medal) in the individual category among 48 participants, including 24 national-level shooters, and also won a Silver Medal in the team event.

In the 24th All India KSS Inter School Shooting Championship 2025, Samvidh secured 4th place in the individual category and won a Silver Medal in the team event.
