Achievers: Sports and Activities - December 2025

Sai Sri Pradha of grade 9F participated in the 40th National Taekwon-Do (ITF) Championship, held from 26th to 30th December 2025. The championship was organised by the Taekwon-Do Association of India in association with the Taekwon-Do Association of Karnataka.

She delivered an exceptional performance and won four medals in the following events:

- Gold Medal - Individual Sparring
- Gold Medal - Group Sparing
- Silver Medal - Group pattern
- Bronze Medal - Ildo

D.C. Sidesh of Class 9E participated in the 40th National Taekwon-Do (ITF) Championship, held from 26th to 30th December 2025 at Preksha Dhyan Academy Auditorium, Gandhinagar, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The championship was organised by the Taekwon-Do Association of India in association with the Taekwon-Do Association of Karnataka.

He delivered an exceptional performance and won five medals in the following events:

- Individual Sparring - Gold Medal
- Group Sparring - Gold Medal
- Group Tuls - Gold Medal
- Self Defence - Gold Medal
- Individual Tuls - Silver Medal

With this remarkable achievement, D.C. Sidesh represented Karnataka and secured 2nd place overall among all states in India.

The championship witnessed the participation of over 750 players from 25 states across the country, and Karnataka secured 2nd place overall.

P. Venyashree of Grade 9F has won the Gold Medal in the 10 km Arabian Sea Swimming Competition. She was also awarded the Runner-up Trophy for being one of the fastest swimmers in the competition.

Bhanvi Tarra of Grade 2 has won a Silver Medal in the Intra-School Skating Competition held at Vidyashilp School, Yelahanka.

Tushar Agarwalla secured the 28th Prize in the Main Prize Category at the 1st DNC Memorial International FIDE Rated Open Chess Tournament 2025, held from 3rd to 7th December 2025 in Dharmapuri, Tamil Nadu.
