Cookery - Grade 7
The main objective of introducing cookery classes in the school is educating children about the advantage of healthy eating patterns and variety of nutritious food to reduce the consumption of unhealthy food.
Fruit salad: children were introduced to healthy eating habits as they prepared “fruits salad “by mixing cucumber, tomato, papaya, banana, pineapple, chat masala & salt. They enjoyed preparing and eating the salad as well as developing their knowledge on how nutritious salad can help in their growth & development. |
